This house has a very good flow, as the Kitchen/Dining area is adjoined to the Spacious Living Room. Both rooms have Sliding Glass Patio Doors to the back Deck. The Deck is equipped with a Hot Tub, plenty of Patio Furniture, Gas BBQ, and a Healthy Roar of the Ocean. Off the deck in the Very Large, Fenced, Private Back Yard, you will find a Fire Pit, and Yard Games.
